Hunters respected legal client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Private Client team in Worthing. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a trusted, long-established firm that values professionalism, teamwork, and excellent client care.
The Role
- Provide secretarial and administrative support across wills, probate, and powers of attorney
- Prepare and proofread legal documents and correspondence
- Manage diaries, appointments, and client communication
- Liaise with clients, the Probate Registry, and other organisations
- Support billing, filing, and general office administration
About You
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary (Private Client experience preferred)
- Fast and accurate audio typing skills
