IT Sales Executive – Tech Solutions Brighton | up to £30K base + £12K–£15K OTE 4.5-day week – Friday afternoons off   Are you a confident communicator with telesales experience and a hunger to grow? Hunters’ client, a successful and innovative IT solutions provider in Brighton, is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join their growing team. You don’t need to be a tech expert—just sharp, curious, and eager to learn. If you’ve got a knack for building relationships and closing deals, the technical knowledge will follow.   IT Sales Executive – Tech Solutions What You\’ll Be Doing: Making outbound calls and managing warm leads across IT, networking, and business systems Guiding clients through the sales cycle—from discovery to handover and follow-up Turning business needs into tailored IT solutions (full training provided) Collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery Spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities for long-term growth   IT Sales Executive – Tech Solutions What You\’ll Bring: Sales experience – ideally including telesales or outbound calling Confidence speaking with decision-makers and explaining solutions clearly Curiosity about tech – and a willingness to learn fast A proactive attitude and commercial awareness   IT Sales Executive – Tech Solutions  What You’ll Get: 💰 £25k to £30K base + uncapped commission (£12K–£15K realistic OTE) 🕧 4.5-day week – finish every Friday at 12:30pm 🌴 25 days holiday + bank holidays 🏥 Private BUPA healthcare & dental 💼 Non-contributory pension + life cover 🤝 Supportive team and clear progression path If you’re based near Brighton and ready to launch or level up your tech sales career, apply now and let’s talk
