Hunters’ client is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support operations across multiple sites in the South East. This is a hands-on, site-focused role requiring travel, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
Health & Safety Advisor - The Role- Provide H&S support across sites, ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures
- Conduct site inspections and audits, recording non-conformances and supporting their resolution
- Assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Support the development and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Monitor legislative changes and improvement actions, ensuring effective implementation
- NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) with strong knowledge of H&S legislation
- Experience working with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management systems
- Background in construction environments, ideally including work on or near water
- Strong report writing, communication, and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and valid CSCS card
