Location: Worthing

Salary: £45K-£55K DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm (1-hour lunch)

Hunters client is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a well-established property business, taking responsibility for the operational management of a diverse commercial property portfolio.

Facilities Manager - The Role
  • Managing service charge budgets, reconciliations, and debt recovery.
  • Procuring and managing planned and reactive maintenance works.
  • Ensuring statutory compliance and health & safety across the portfolio.
  • Carrying out regular property inspections and monitoring maintenance programmes.
  • Managing contractor procurement, performance, and KPI delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate property records, inspection schedules, and reporting.
  • Reviewing lease obligations and assisting with landlord and tenant repairing responsibilities.
Facilities Manager - About You
  • Experience managing service charge budgets and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance and facilities management.
  • Good understanding of landlord and tenant responsibilities and lease interpretation.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance, health & safety, and property legislation.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach.
