Brighton – £28,000-£32,000 + Benefits – 4.5 days Mon-Thu 8:30-17:00, Fri 8:30-12:30

Hunters\’ valued and cutting-edge technology client, a leading provider of advanced computer-based measurement and automation systems, is seeking an Engineering Support Technician to join their technical team.

Engineering Support Technician The Role:

Provide first-line technical support for sales and configuration teams
Assist customers with product and application queries, pre- and post-sales
Manage product returns, repairs, and technical issues in line with ISO standards
Support product testing, compliance checks, and documentation approvals
Deliver training and technical support to internal teams
Help drive continuous improvement and Lean processes Engineering Support Technician About You:

Relevant technical qualification or hands-on experience in electronics/computers
Background in technical support and customer service
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
