Chichester/Field Based

£32,000 - £35,000 + Company Van + Bonus + Overtime

Hunters’ client is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Technician to join their team. This is a varied, field-based role working across residential properties, carrying out repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works.

Multi-Trade Technician – The Role:
  • Carry out a range of repairs and maintenance works within occupied and void properties
  • Complete carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating, and general multi-trade tasks
  • Deliver work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Accurately record completed works and communicate updates to the wider team
  • Represent the business professionally while providing excellent customer service
Multi-Trade Technician – The Fit:
  • Proven experience in a multi-trade, property maintenance, or repairs role
  • Strong carpentry and plumbing skills (2+ years), with experience across additional trades
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence and own tools required
Desirable:
  • Social housing or responsive repairs experience
  • Experience fitting non-slip vinyl flooring (Polysafe)
  • Familiarity with PDA systems or mobile job management software
