First Line Support Engineer - Duties- Provide first-line technical support to customers, sales, and configuration teams
- Handle product and application queries both pre- and post-sale
- Log, track, and resolve technical issues, escalating where necessary
- Manage product returns and repairs in line with ISO procedures
- Assist with product testing, compliance checks, and technical documentation
- Support internal training and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
- Relevant technical qualification or hands-on experience in electronics, IT, or computer-based systems
- Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer-facing support
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Clear, confident, and professional communication
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- £25,000-£28,000 basic salary
