Greene King is seeking an Apprentice Chef at Hunters Hall Inn in Kingscote. You’ll train in a busy kitchen, learning to prep, cook and present dishes to high standards while maintaining hygiene and safety.
The program includes Chef Academy masterclasses and on-the-job coaching with a mentor, plus English and maths Functional Skills support as needed. Expect evenings, weekends, and a 20-hour minimum week.
