Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide helpful, friendly advice.
• Perform market reviews with clients.
• Record Customer feedback and keep clients informed.
• Negotiate offers and support the sales process from start to finish.
• Book valuation appointments to help generate new business.
• Work closely with clients and solicitors to ensure a smooth experience.
• Handle administrative tasks, including organising marketing materials, maintaining window displays and ordering office supplies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Viewings and valuations booked.
• New instructions and sales agreed.
• Sales completed.
• Referrals for mortgages and conveyancing.
