Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and provide helpful, friendly advice.
  • Perform market reviews with clients.
  • Record customer feedback and keep clients informed.
  • Negotiate offers and support the sales process from start to finish.
  • Book valuation appointments to help generate new business.
  • Work closely with clients and solicitors to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including organising marketing materials, maintaining window displays and ordering office supplies.
