This is a full-time, on-site Letting Negotiator role based in New Malden. The Letting Negotiator will be responsible for managing landlord-tenant relationships, coordinating property viewings, negotiating lettings agreements, and providing top-quality customer service. Other responsibilities include offering expert advice to clients, conducting market research to set property rental values, and ensuring all lettings comply with relevant regulations and policies.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of landlord and tenant matters, including relevant regulations and leasing practices
  • Experience in estate agency operations and property management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships
  • Strong customer service capabilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the property or lettings industry is an advantage
