Our client is seeking to recruit an ambitious and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator into their vibrant and successful Team, in Leeds. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working as part of a team and have the ability to work independently, while delivering an excellent level of customer service to Landlords and Tenants.
Experience in the Lettings sector is advantageous with evidence of working towards targets and communicating effectively.
The Estate Agent is part of an Award-winning company and is based in Leeds, so a candidate that lives locally or in the surrounding area with a strong market knowledge would be advantageous.
The role offers a generous basic salary, dependable on experience, and a highly competitive commission structure based on individual performance within the role.
This is a role for an existing Lettings Negotiator who would like to progress their career with a highly respected brand.
The Role
- Arranging and accompanying property viewings
- Registering new applicants and identifying specifications
- Negotiating offers, agreeing new tenancies
- Ensuring lettings compliance is adhered to
- Providing regular updates and feedback to landlords
- Working closely with the team to achieve office targets
