We are seeking an experienced estate agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be customer‑focused, be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, and meet set targets and KPIs. This role involves booking valuations and viewings, maintaining customer records, and performing all necessary activities to achieve sales targets.
Main Duties And Responsibilities:
- Liaise daily with customers and manage customer enquiries.
- Book and conduct viewings and valuations.
- Perform market reviews with clients.
- Generate and negotiate offers.
- Ensure compliance with legislation in progressing offers to sale and completion.
- Generate new business by booking valuation appointments.
- Undertake sales progression tasks.
- Handle general office administration including organizing window cards & printing brochures.
