We are looking for an experienced, detail-focused Bid Coordinator / Manager to take ownership of our tender and pitch process. This role is central to how we win work, producing clear, compelling submissions that reflect the quality of our workplace and furniture consultancy services.

You’ll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Design and Leadership teams to turn technical and creative input into structured, persuasive bid documents. Managing multiple submissions at once, you’ll ensure everything we present to clients is professional, on-brand and delivered to a consistently high standard.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys responsibility, works well to deadlines, and takes pride in producing high‑quality work. The level of the role can be shaped depending on experience, with scope to influence and improve our bid processes over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of tender and pitch submissions from initial review through to final delivery
  • Analyse RFPs and PQQs to identify key requirements, risks and deadlines
  • Produce clear, well-structured and visually strong bid documents using Adobe InDesign
  • Coordinate input from sales, design and leadership teams to create cohesive, persuasive submissions
  • Shape and refine content to clearly communicate our offer and differentiate our approach
  • Ensure all submissions align with our brand, design standards and tone of voice
  • Manage multiple bid timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain and continuously develop a library of case studies, templates and supporting content
  • Identify opportunities to improve bid quality, efficiency and overall win rate
  • Demonstrable experience in a Bid Coordinator/Manager role
  • Strong experience using Adobe InDesign to produce professional documents
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to structure clear and compelling content
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
