Job Description
We're excited to invite a Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and clinically driven team at Hunters Bar Vets, at our NEW practice site on the outskirts of Sheffield city centre.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a practice with a strong reputation, now expanding into a new, purpose-designed space. Your New Role
We're seeking a confident Veterinary Surgeon with experience in sole charge, who thrives in a collaborative clinical environment and enjoys developing trusted client relationships. This role offers the unique chance to shape and grow services in a new site, backed by the support of an experienced, established team and management structure.
We would also welcome conversations with Advanced Practitioners, as this could be a great opportunity for you as well!
Located just minutes from Sheffield's vibrant city centre, with excellent transport links to Manchester, Leeds, and the Peak District, Hunters Bar offers the best of both urban and rural life.

Hunters Bar Vets are a long-established small animal practice where our Vets, Nurses and Support staff are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for pets. The practice is open 6 days a week but has access to 24-hour emergency care, and the practice is set up for both routine and complex surgery cases.
We are a progressive, well-equipped practice (including echocardiography/ultrasound) and welcome a Veterinarian Surgeon that is passionate about thorough case workups, building strong client relationships, and practising evidence-based medicine with a pragmatic, client-sensitive approach.
