We are looking for two Lunchtime Supervisory Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team. We are happy to consider applications from those interested in a job share. Please state the days you are available for work on your application form. Extra hours may be required to undertake Safeguarding and other relevant statutory training.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the children immediately before, during and after the midday meal either in the playground or the dining room.
- Take part in activities with children over the lunchtime period.
- Organise play equipment.
- Oversee quiet activities.
- Supervise children having free play in the school playground and delivering play activities.
- Administer basic first aid.
- Encourage children to eat their lunch.
- Be aware of and deliver Health and Safety both in the dining room and in the playground.
