Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting experienced Welders to join the team at JCB's Backhoe facility in Rocester, Staffordshire. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out MIG welding to required quality standards
- Work from engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
- Meet production targets while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Follow all company health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous welding experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable with a positive attitude towards work
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing

Location
The role is based in Rocester and is easily accessible from Uttoxeter, Cheadle, Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Derby and Burton upon Trent. Candidates with experience as Fabricators, MIG Welders, Production Welders or Manufacturing Operatives are encouraged to apply.
