Join JCB Rocester as an Experienced MIG Welder
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting experienced MIG Welders to join our client, JCB, at their Rocester manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term night shift work with a market-leading employer and earn a highly competitive hourly rate after completing your initial training period.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out MIG welding to a high standard
- Read and work from engineering drawings and welding specifications
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment at all times
- Follow site procedures and production targets
- Report any quality or equipment issues promptly
Requirements
- Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to produce high-quality welds consistently
- Confidence reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Willingness to work a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drugs and alcohol screening
