About the Role
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy operation based in Long Lawford. This is a customer-facing role where communication and attention to detail really matter.
You'll be working closely with customers, couriers and the warehouse team, making sure everything runs smoothly. It's not just desk-based either—you'll be getting involved on the warehouse floor, so it suits someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing clear and professional updates
- Liaise with couriers to book deliveries and collections
- Complete all warehouse administration accurately and on time
- Support stock control and ensure records are kept up to date
- Assist with picking and packing when needed
- Work closely with the warehouse team to keep daily operations running smoothly
Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse admin role, ideally within a 3PL environment
