Uttoxeter (Hybrid)
£32,000-£40,000 per year (depending on experience)
Permanent | Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00

We’re working with a growing business that produces a high volume of video content across social media, YouTube, e-commerce and podcasts. They’re looking for a confident Videographer who can take ownership of content from idea through to delivery.

This is a hands-on role in a small team, so you’ll need to be comfortable filming, editing and working closely with founders and creators to produce engaging, high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, film and edit short-form social content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Produce long-form YouTube videos (8-20+ minutes)
• Create product and lifestyle videos for e-commerce and advertising
• Manage end-to-end production from pre-production through to delivery
• Film and edit podcast content, including long-form episodes and short clips

What We’re Looking For

• Strong videography skills with DSLR, mirrorless or cinema cameras
• Confident with lighting, composition and clean audio capture
• Advanced editing skills using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Solid understanding of platform-specific content and audience retention
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines and take feedback on board

Podcast & Audio Experience (Important)

• Experience filming multi-camera podcast setups (3-4 cameras)
• Strong knowledge of microphones and audio recording techniques
• Ability to clean and balance audio in post-production
• Comfortable handling long recordings and managing large files

Nice to Have

• Experience working with creators or personal brands
• Basic knowledge of analytics and content performance
• Thumbnail design for YouTube
• Photography skills for product or lifestyle shoots

• Salary of £32,000-£40,000 depending on experience

• Final paid editing task using provided raw content
