We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and experienced team in Uttoxeter. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping candidates find the right opportunities. While recruitment experience would be beneficial, we are also keen to hear from motivated individuals looking to develop a career within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Speak with candidates and clients, building strong working relationships
  • Screen applicants and match suitable candidates to vacancies
  • Manage client bookings and provide recruitment support as required
  • Advertise vacancies and proactively search CV databases for suitable candidates
  • Prepare and submit candidate CVs to clients and coordinate interview arrangements
  • Onboard agency workers, ensuring all right to work documentation is completed correctly

Requirements

  • Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well within an established team
