We are currently recruiting experienced MIG Welders to join our client's team in Rocester on a 4 on / 4 off night shift rotation.

Pay Rate: £28.43 per hour

Shift Pattern: 4 × 12‑hour shifts (7pm-7am)

Key Responsibilities:

  • MIG welding to high standards in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Working safely and efficiently as part of a skilled welding team

Requirements:

  • Proven MIG welding experience
  • Ability to confidently read engineering drawings
  • Must be comfortable to attend a pre‑employment medical, including drugs and alcohol testing
  • Reliability and commitment to working a night shift pattern

Training:

Initial training will be completed on basic days or nights prior to moving onto the full night‑shift rotation.
