Key responsibilities:
- Cleaning kitchen equipment including pots, pans, crockery and utensils
- Following cleaning schedules and food safety procedures
- Using cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
- Keeping the pot wash and storage areas tidy and organised
- Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors at the end of shifts
- Emptying and cleaning bins throughout the day
