About the Role
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting Factory Workers for an extremely busy food manufacturing site in Uttoxeter. These are immediate start opportunities offering long-term, permanent work within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Working on a food production line ensuring products meet quality standards
- Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and food hygiene
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting production targets and team objectives
- Carrying out general factory duties as required
Requirements
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 3 on / 3 off rotation
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
