TIG Welder

Location: Sheffield (S6)
Pay Rate: £14-£18 per hour (DOE)

Hunters 4 Staff are working with a client in Sheffield, to recruit an experienced TIG Welder. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in detailed, high‑quality work, particularly on thin gauge stainless steel.

You’ll be joining a well‑established fabrication business with steady work, sensible hours and the chance to earn overtime.

The Role

• TIG welding thin gauge stainless steel (approx. 0.5-1mm)
• Working accurately to drawings and job specs
• Sheet metal fabrication and finishing work
• Occasional MIG welding where required
• Maintaining a clean, safe working area
• Working as part of a small, experienced fabrication team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven TIG welding experience on thin gauge stainless steel
• Sheet metal fabrication experience
• Good attention to detail and a steady hand
• MIG welding experience preferred but not essential
• Reliable, practical and comfortable working independently

Hours & Pay

• Monday-Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm
• Overtime: Saturday mornings available
• Pay: £14-£18 per hour, depending on experience
