Hunters 4 Staff are working with a busy and established client in Stoke-on-Trent who's looking to add a reliable Stores Operative / Administrator to their team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be keeping things organised, supporting day-to-day operations, and making sure stock and systems run smoothly.

What you'll be doing
- Receiving, checking and booking in deliveries accurately
- Managing stock records using basic IT systems
- Monitoring outstanding orders and following up with suppliers
- Liaising confidently with customers and suppliers via phone and email
- Supporting and improving existing stock control processes
- Keeping the stores area clean, organised and safe
- Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or admin-based role
- Good working knowledge of basic IT systems (stock control or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Confident communicator, happy speaking with suppliers and customers
- Someone proactive who can suggest improvements and follow them through
