Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating MIG welding equipment
- Carrying out mid to heavy MIG welding to a high standard
- Fabricating components from drawings and specifications
- Checking finished work for quality and accuracy
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder, and ideally Fabricator (although not essential)
- Confident with heavy MIG welding
- Able to read and work from fabrication drawings
- Good attention to detail and quality
- A reliable, safety-focused approach to work
