Hunters 4 Staff are looking for an experienced Stores Operative with a FLT Counterbalance to join a busy manufacturing site in Stoke On Trent.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift truck to load and unload deliveries
- Move large, heavy, engineering parts into the factory
- Working outside in all conditions
- Putting kits together for the workshop
- 60% Stores operative, 40% FLT driving
- Support production teams with material handling
- Keep work areas tidy and follow site safety rules
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report issues
What We're Looking For
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance)
- Combi experience beneficial, but not mandatory
- Happy working outside
- Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
- Willing to take a drugs and alcohol test
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
