At Hunters 4 Staff, we're working with a dynamic client to find a Sales Advisor who enjoys building relationships and seeing a sale through properly. This is a hands-on role where you'll look after existing customers, grow key accounts, and bring new business on board. It's fast-paced, varied, and ideal for someone who's confident on the phone and comfortable dealing with customers face to face.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Speak with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products
  • Handle the full sales process from first contact through to delivery
  • Maintain accurate records using the CRM system
  • Proactively manage your sales pipeline and follow up opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
What we're looking for
  • Previous sales experience (B2B or B2C) is an advantage
  • Confident communicator, both on the phone and in person
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport
