Hunters 4 Staff are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Recycling Operative to work at their client's premises in Rocester. This role offers competitive pay with opportunities for overtime and is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on, outdoor work.
Role Overview: As a Recycling Operative, you will play a key role in the recycling process, sorting and processing packaging materials such as cardboard, wood, and polythene. You'll be using roll packers, baling machines, and performing general labour tasks both indoors and outdoors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading waggons
- Operating roll packers to break down wood
- Using baling machines to process cardboard and polythene
- Working both inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Other general labour duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar environment is an advantage but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in varying weather conditions
- Must be reliable and a strong team player
