Job Title: Cleaner Operative
Location: Caterpillar Plant, Peterlee
Pay: £12.71 per hour (37 hours per week)
Job Overview
Join our team at the Caterpillar plant in Peterlee, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and professional environment. Your responsibilities will include cleaning the factory floor and office spaces, including the Managing Director's offices, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are upheld.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 15.30pm to 23.30pm
- Friday: 13.00pm to 18.00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize factory floors to maintain a safe workspace.
- Clean office areas, including desks, floors, and communal areas.
- Factory cleaning.
- Perform detailed cleaning in the Managing Director's offices.
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

- Previous cleaning experience is desirable.
