PDI Supervisor - Stoke (ST3)
Location: Stoke (ST3)
Pay Rate: Up to £15.00 per hour + DOE + Shift Premium
Working Hours: Night Shift
About the Role:
Hunters 4 Staff is seeking a dedicated and experienced PDI Supervisor to join our clients team in Stoke, a leading manufacturer of lorry trailers and bodies, committed to delivering high-quality products to our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards before they reach our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process to ensure all products meet quality standards.
- Manage and train a team of PDI technicians, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues that arise during the inspection process.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and any corrective actions taken.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PDI processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
