Location: Church Broughton
Pay: Salary negotiable depending on experience
Contract: Temp‑to‑Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm

Hunters 4 Staff are working with a well‑established automotive dealership looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in high‑quality finishes and wants steady work with the opportunity to go permanent.

You’ll be working on dealership vehicles, carrying out prep and spray work to a high standard, in a professional workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Masking and preparing vehicles prior to paintwork
• Spray painting dealership cars to a high, consistent standard
• Mixing paints and matching colours accurately
• Inspecting finished work and correcting any defects
• Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organised
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality
