Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting for an experienced National Sales Manager to join a leading manufacturer of lorry trailers and vehicle bodies. Based at the company's head office in Stoke-on-Trent, this is a key leadership role within the Curtains and Graphics division.
We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional with proven industry experience who can lead a team, develop new business opportunities, and drive sustainable sales growth across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers and industry contacts.
- Create and implement sales strategies to grow market share within the curtains and graphics sector.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts and KPIs, providing regular reporting to senior management.
- Work closely with operational and production teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered effectively.
- Proven experience in a National Sales Manager or senior sales leadership role.
- Previous experience within the lorry trailer, commercial vehicle body, transport equipment or a closely related industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and commercial awareness.
