Location: Uttoxeter
Pay: £17.39 per hour + shift allowances
Overtime: £26.09 per hour
Sundays: £34.78 per hour
Hours: Rotating shifts – days and nights

Hunters 4 Staff are working with a prestigious blue-chip manufacturer in Uttoxeter who are looking for MIG Welders to join their team on rotating day and night shifts.

This role is perfect if you’re confident with tacking work or you’re a newly qualified welder looking to get solid experience in a clean, well-run factory environment.

What you’ll be doing

• MIG welding and tacking components to a high, consistent standard
• Checking your own work for quality and accuracy
• Keeping your work area safe, tidy and well organised
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Supporting the wider production team to hit daily targets

What we’re looking for

• Some MIG welding experience – workshop, factory or college-based
• Comfortable with tacking work and repetitive welding tasks
• Able to work rotating shifts (days and nights) reliably
• Good attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
• A team player with a positive, “muck in and get on” attitude

(Newly qualified welders or those with recent college training are very welcome to apply.)

It would suit people who have worked as a MIG Welder, Production Welder, Fabricator Welder, Welder/Fabricator or Welding Operative.
