Welder – Night Shift

Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Pay Rate: £17.27 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Thursday | 18:00-06:00

Hunters 4 Staff are working with a well-established manufacturer in Stoke-on-Trent who are looking to add experienced MIG Welders to their night shift team. This is a hands-on role producing high-quality vehicle trailers and bodywork, with a clear temp-to-perm pathway for the right people. If you’re after steady night work, good rates, and a place where your skills are valued, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• MIG welding vehicle trailers and body components
• Working from technical and engineering drawings
• Producing strong, clean welds to required standards
• Carrying out basic quality checks on your own work
• Keeping your workspace safe, tidy, and organised
• Supporting production targets as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven MIG welding experience
• Comfortable working permanent night shifts (Mon-Thurs)
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings
• Willing to complete a drugs & alcohol test before starting
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-focused
