Full Time | Brownhills | £38,000 DOE

Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Friday: 08:00 – 13:00

Hunters4Staff are seeking an experienced Laser Cutting Estimator / Co‑ordinator (Estimator / Production Engineer) to join Client’s growing team based in Brownhills. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong engineering or fabrication background who is looking to progress within a forward‑thinking manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for laser cutting and fabrication work
• Interpret and understand complex engineering and fabrication drawings
• Source and obtain cost information from a range of suppliers
• Coordinate and manage job allocation to ensure on‑time production and delivery
• Liaise effectively with internal teams and external suppliers

Skills & Experience Required

• Background in engineering and/or fabrication
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of materials
• Experience with multiple manufacturing methods
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Well organised with a structured and efficient approach to work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary & Benefits

• £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience
