Key responsibilities

  • Cleaning kitchen equipment including pots, pans, crockery and utensils
  • Following cleaning schedules and food safety procedures
  • Using cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
  • Keeping the pot wash and storage areas tidy and organised
  • Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors at the end of shifts
  • Emptying and cleaning bins throughout the day
