Inventory Controller / Warehouse Operative
Location: Marchington
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting for an experienced Inventory Controller to join a busy warehouse operation. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, good IT skills, and a passion for maintaining accurate stock levels in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining accurate stock management and inventory control processes across the warehouse.
- Completing PI cycle counts and investigating stock discrepancies, damages, and inventory queries.
- Producing and maintaining accurate stock reports while ensuring data integrity across all inventory systems.
- Meeting productivity and performance targets while working efficiently and accurately.
- Following all Health & Safety, operational, site, and company procedures, reporting any issues to management.
- Supporting the wider warehouse team through effective communication and the use of relevant IT systems.
What we're looking for
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) would be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
