About the role
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting on behalf of a luxurious health spa group for a Group People Advisor & Policy Lead.
This is a varied, hands-on HR role supporting managers across multiple sites while also taking ownership of HR policies and governance. You’ll sit at the heart of the people function, providing practical advice, keeping processes compliant, and helping shape how people policies work in real life — not just on paper.

- Support managers with performance reviews, appraisals and people processes
- Maintain accurate HR records, trackers and systems in line with GDPR
- Produce and review HR data such as absence, turnover and headcount
- Draft, review and update HR policies in line with employment law and best practice
- Support policy rollouts through guidance, training and clear communication
What we’re looking for
- Solid experience in an HR advisory role with good knowledge of UK employment law
- Strong organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can build relationships with managers at all levels
- Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
What’s on offer
- Complimentary spa day on work anniversaries
- Discounts on spa days, overnight stays, food, drink and retail
- Employee Assistance Programme and online GP access
- Pension scheme and free on-site parking
- Refer-a-friend scheme
- Structured induction and ongoing training
- A supportive, inclusive working environment with real development opportunities
This role is easily accessible from surrounding areas and may suit candidates with experience as an HR Advisor, People Advisor, HR Officer or Policy Lead.
