The Opportunity
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious leisure and hospitality venue based in Rocester, Staffordshire. We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of the venue's food and drink offering.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong hospitality background who enjoys leading from the front, developing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of restaurant, bar and hospitality services while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Food & Beverage Management team with the daily operation of restaurant and bar services.
- Lead and supervise team members to ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently achieved.
- Assist with the induction, training and ongoing development of new and existing team members.
- Take responsibility for opening and closing procedures across food and beverage operations.
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory control to ensure product availability.
- Ensure all health and safety, food hygiene and COSHH requirements are followed at all times.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the venue.

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, food and beverage, restaurants, hotels or leisure venues.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- A hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Location
This role is based in Rocester, Staffordshire and may suit candidates from Uttoxeter, Cheadle, Stoke-on-Trent, Burton upon Trent, Ashbourne and surrounding areas. Candidates with experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Hospitality Supervisor, Food & Beverage Team Leader, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Bar Supervisor are encouraged to apply.
