Job Title: FLT Driver / Recycling Operative
Location: Derby, DE74
Contract: Full Time
Pay: £13.74/hour (Overtime at £20.61/hour)
Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: Paid at time and a half

Hunters 4 Staff are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a FLT Driver/ Recycling Operative to work at their client's premises in Derby. This role offers competitive pay with opportunities for overtime and is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on, outdoor work.
Role Overview:
As an FLT Driver/ Recycling Operative, you will play a key role in the recycling process, sorting and processing packaging materials such as cardboard, wood, and polythene. You'll be using roll packers, baling machines, and performing general labour tasks both indoors and outdoors. An accredited FLT licence isessential for this vacancy.
Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading wagons
• Operating roll packers to break down wood
• Using baling machines to process cardboard and polythene
• Working both inside and outside in all weather conditions
• Other general labour duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar environment is an advantage but not required
• FLT licence is essential
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in varying weather conditions
• Must be reliable and a strong team player
