Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting Factory Workers to join the team at Elkes Biscuits in Uttoxeter on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for regular, full-time work with a well-established local employer. The 3 on / 3 off shift pattern offers a great work-life balance, with plenty of time off between shifts while still earning a full-time wage.
No previous manufacturing experience is required as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing biscuits and food products ready for distribution
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Working on fast-paced production lines
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
- Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Supporting colleagues to achieve daily production targets
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual individuals
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods
- Good attention to detail
- Previous production, factory or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
