Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting Factory Workers to join the night shift team at Elkes Biscuits in Uttoxeter. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering regular hours, a consistent shift pattern, and the chance to secure a permanent role with a well-established local employer.
Whether you have previous factory experience or are looking for a fresh start, full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing biscuits and food products ready for dispatch
- Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
- Working on production lines to meet daily targets
- Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
- Working closely with colleagues to maintain efficient production
Requirements
- Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping
- Able to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Previous factory, warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential
