Location: Tamworth, B79 7UL
Contract: Temp to Perm
Pay: Dependent upon experience

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, day shift

Hunters 4 Staff are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Welder Fabricator to join a well‑equipped workshop in Tamworth. If you enjoy hands‑on work, can read engineering drawings, and take pride in producing quality fabrications, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing

• Fabricating metal components to spec using complex engineering drawings
• MIG welding to a high standard
• Using hand and power tools to cut, grind, and shape materials
• Carrying out accurate measurements and basic calculations
• Working as part of a busy, skilled team to deliver quality work

What we’re looking for

• Proven welding and fabrication experience in heavy industries
• Confident reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings
• Skilled with a range of hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable approach to work
• Able to work safely and independently in a workshop setting
