About the Role
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting for an Electrical Improver / Electrician's Mate to support experienced electricians on commercial and industrial projects across the UK.
This is a hands-on role for someone with electrical installation experience who is happy to travel and work away when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of conduit, trunking, cable tray and containment systems.
- Support small power and lighting installations on commercial and industrial sites.
- Run and pull cables as directed by qualified electricians.
- Assist with gas detection installations, including conduit, tray work, SWA cabling and 24V systems.
- Support the installation and removal of medical pendants, including associated lighting and power components.
- Work safely and professionally on customer sites across the UK.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Valid CSCS or ECS Card (essential).
- Experience with conduit, trunking, containment, small power, lighting and cable installation.
- Willingness to work away from home on a regular basis.
- Reliable, practical and keen to learn.
- Flexibility to work weekend overtime when required.
