Hunters 4 Staff are working with a well-established manufacturing business in Morecambe to recruit an experienced Commercial Paint Sprayer. This is a hands-on role within a growing company that designs and builds high-spec fuel storage tanks and equipment. You'll be joining a skilled team in a modern, busy paint facility where quality and consistency matter.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and painting large steel fabrications to a high standard
- Operating air-assisted paint systems safely and efficiently
- Carrying out surface preparation including cleaning, masking and shot-blast prep
- Ensuring all work meets quality and finish standards
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- At least 3 years' experience in industrial or commercial paint spraying
- Experience working within a paint shop or manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of air-assisted paint systems
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Reliable, team-focused and able to keep pace in a busy environment
