At Hunters 4 Staff, we're now looking for an experienced CNC Turner or CNC Miller to join a busy engineering team on the day shift. If you enjoy working with modern machining centers and taking pride in producing quality parts, this role could be a great fit.
What you'll be doing:
- Working with Heidenhain, Siemens, Mazatrol and Fanuc controls
- Setting machines for both new and repeat jobs
- CNC turning or CNC Milling
- Reading engineering drawings and ensuring accurate, high-quality output
- Set and operate Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes to produce precision components
- Supporting continuous improvement and problem-solving on the shop floor
What we're looking for:
- Strong CNC machining experience across multi-axis machines
- Knowledge of Heidenhain, Siemens, Mazatrol and Fanuc
- Confident in programming and machine setup
- CAD/CAM 'offline' programming experience is a real advantage
- Someone reliable, practical and able to work independently
