CNC Programmer – Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE)
Hours: Days – 8:00 to 16:30

What you’ll be doing

• Programming, setting and operating CNC machines using Fanuc controls.
• Producing high‑quality parts from steel bar, castings and profiles.
• Inspecting and finishing components to customer drawings and specifications.
• Carrying out routine machine maintenance and ensuring tooling and consumables are available.
• Keeping work areas clean, safe and compliant with Health & Safety standards.

What you’ll need

• Proven CNC programming experience (Fanuc essential).
• Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• A strong eye for detail and a “right first time” mindset.
• Good understanding of safe working practices in an engineering environment.
• Willingness to complete a pre‑employment drugs and alcohol test.
