About the Role

Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for a luxury spa and hospitality venue based at Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire. This is a hands-on kitchen role where you'll run your own section, support the Head Chef, and play a key part in delivering consistently high-quality food. It's a fast-paced environment with high standards, but also a supportive team that values pride in your work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Running and managing your own kitchen section day to day
  • Supporting the Head Chef with ordering, stock control and supplier liaison
  • Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the required standard
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Helping to train, supervise and support junior kitchen staff
  • Leading by example and contributing to a positive kitchen environment

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
  • Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene, quality and health & safety
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • A team-focused attitude with good communication skills
